Shipping Policy

How and when your handmade order makes its way to you.

1. Where We Ship

We ship across India from our studio in Pune. International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis β€” please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm rates and timelines.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-made pieces: dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom & made-to-order pieces: take 2–4 weeks to create. We'll share an exact timeline before you confirm the order.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays start processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Time (after dispatch)

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
  • Non-metro & tier-2 cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote pin codes: 7–10 business days.
  • Timelines depend on the courier partner and conditions outside our control (weather, strikes, public holidays).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight. We occasionally run free shipping promotions β€” keep an eye on our Instagram for offers.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

6. Packaging

Every order is packed with care β€” wrapped, padded, and sealed to protect the stitches in transit. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, because the planet matters too 🌱

7. Delays & Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn't moved on tracking for 5+ days, or you suspect it's lost, please reach out within 15 days of dispatch so we can raise a complaint with the courier. We'll work with you until it's resolved β€” either by recovering the parcel or sending a replacement.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Re-delivery for returned-to-origin parcels caused by wrong addresses or being unavailable to receive the parcel may attract additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record a quick unboxing video and email us at berryloom2014@gmail.com within 48 hours. See our Refunds & Returns page for the full process.
