The basics of using berryloom.com and ordering from us.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing or buying from BerryLoom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
2. Products & Handmade Nature
Every piece is crocheted by hand, so slight variations in colour, size, and texture are part of the charm — no two pieces are perfectly identical. Product photos are representative; we'll always flag major differences before shipping a custom order.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the request falls outside what we can make. You'll get a full refund if we cancel.
4. Payment
Payment is collected upfront via UPI, card, or bank transfer through the channel agreed during checkout. For custom orders, a 50% advance is required before we start work; the balance is due before dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Ready-made pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity — we'll share a timeline when you place the order. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and your location.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and therefore are non-cancellable once production has started, and generally non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed. See our Refunds & Returns page for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this site are the property of BerryLoom. Please don't reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission. Personal sharing with credit is always welcome 🧶
8. Limitation of Liability
BerryLoom is a small handmade business. Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page with the "last updated" date below.
